Return Policy

You can return an item within 3 days of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds are not applicable for dimension issues.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

The refund amount will exclude any shipping costs.

If the issue with the product matches the details mentioned in the product description, we will initiate a refund after deducting shipping charges.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item within 5 days of delivery.

The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are allowed only for the same item in a different color.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Additional Policies

Damaged Product:

If you receive a damaged product, you must raise a ticket within 24 hours by emailing us at support@sittella.in. Attach proper images and a video of the damaged product to your email for verification by our support team.

Quality Issues:

If you experience a quality issue, you must raise a ticket within 48 hours by emailing us at support@sittella.in.

Incorrect Product Received:

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you must raise a ticket within 24 hours by emailing us at support@sittella.in. Attach proper images and a video of the incorrect product to your email for verification by our support team.

Missing Items:

If any items are missing from your order, you must raise a ticket within 24 hours by emailing us at support@sittella.in

Note:

If you fail to raise a ticket within the specified timeframes mentioned above, the return or exchange request will not be applicable.

Exceptions

Personalized or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

Exchange Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We will ship the exchanged item back to you free of charge.
